Mr. Lars Aikala was, prior to founding Valoya, in environmental technologies in different management positions, with the main purpose of growing the businesses through partnerships, acquisitions, or other strategic projects. Since 2009 he has been the CEO of Valoya, the research-driven LED manufacturer and the knowledge leader of the horticultural lighting industry. With Valoya, his goal is to push the boundaries of agriculture and contribute to creating food and medicine security for the growing world population.
