LumiGrow Chief Executive Officer Jay Albere II has over 18 years of experience in the lighting industry. For the past three years, Jay has managed multiple departments within LumiGrow. Prior to joining LumiGrow, Jay held executive leadership positions at Eaton Lighting and General Electric helping customers save energy through energy-efficient lighting. Jay received his BS in Finance from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and his MBA from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA.
