Tessa Pocock is working at high-profile startup Plenty that is operating a commercial vertical in the San Francisco area and intends to deploy its technology in other areas around the globe. She directs the lighting deployment plans for the farms. Previously, Tessa was director of a plant research laboratory in an engineering setting at the Lighting Enabled Systems and Applications (LESA) laboratory located at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). And prior to that, she directed research at horticultural lighting specialists Heliospectra.
