LED-based horticultural lighting is a relatively new and rapidly evolving application, so let's collect the data and see what it can tell us. As we begin the climb from a mere 4% usage rate of SSL in this sector, our panel will deliver information on the product trends that the industry is seeing.  The panel will include a manufacturer’s perspective and consider how the industry must respond to customer needs with rapidly evolving technical abilities.  Attendees will learn how cutting edge utilities are incentivizing this sector in ways that are both similar to and different from the high volume general-illumination SSL programs we are familiar with.  The audience will leave equipped with a solid understanding of how LED-based horticultural lighting can help us produce more, with less, both today and in the years ahead.
