Dr. Richard Field III is the Director of Product and Program Management at NanoFlex Power Corporation. Dr. Field received his B.S. in Physics from Denison University in 2009, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Michigan in 2015 where his research focused on electronic properties and epitaxial growth of III-V semiconductor alloys. In 2015 Dr. Field joined NanoFlex Power Corporation, a global leader in Organic Photovoltaics which have superior energy harvesting in low-light applications including LED lighting. At NanoFlex, Dr. Field leads a team that developed the Ensora greenhouse and vertical farming environmental monitoring, automation, and control system. Ensora is a first-of-its-kind solution with completely wireless, maintenance-free sensors powered by all lighted conditions including LED lighting.
